- Make safe contaminated environment, including pre damage clean and demolition of front structure half of building
- Removal of pre damaged ACM roofing materials, incredibly brittle material, working from harness systems and EWP’s
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors, including an invitation of involvement for Worksafe-NZ to come and inspect the site and observe developed methodologies of removal. Worksafe verbally appreciated our efforts of involvement and commend our forward action. offered advice was to ensure the independent site supervisor is kept in contact with regularly. Site auditor provided with updates/ weekly reports for duration of project.
