Scope of Works -
The site had one, two-storey building with a large lounge extension and smaller ancillary buildings. The site totalled an area of approx 7,000 SQM.
The location of an obsolete local bowling club for the city had been scheduled for redevelopment into residential housing. During the project we had a large focus of salvaging native timber from the original building. Although bora had affected parts of the native material, these were suitable for reuse by shredding for mulch & bark chips.
